This speculative design project explores the possible shapes and compositions of our future food, drawing inspiration from the potential of latest computational tools. It is based on the assumption, that in the near future it will be possible to print every kind of shape, taste, colour and consistency.
The presentation of a digital three-course meal triggers the imagination of our prospective kitchen culture and calls for a discussion about desirable futures.
C.U.I.S.I.N.E: renders, collages, plaster sintered 3D-prints.
Supervised by Steffen Katz and Seçil Ugur Yavuz.
